Complete lack of respect! He barged into the house, didn't introduce himself or assistant and was barking orders, rule of thumb is that if a guest is entering someone else's home the guest should ask to come in and treat the home owner with respect not like an employee.

This is the third time I've used them with absolutely no problem at all. I have to chuckle at some of the other reviews: there is no more criminal element than in any other local business we use such as pizza delivery, house cleaners, gardeners, etc. They were professional and thorough. I would use this service again.
