I realize you are going through an emotional time and I want to make it as easy as possible. The cost of litigation can become quite a burden and add to your emotional turmoil. The most important thing for you to do once you have decided to divorce is to make the transition with as little disruption in your lives as possible. Start in a positive direction by not falling into the same mindset of the past; divorce does not have to be a fight. You can come to an agreement...Instead of looking at divorce as a way to "win" an argument, look at it as a solution to move on in a positive direction.

I am here to be a library of resources to help those who have chosen to end their marriage amicably. You can avoid the stress, expenses, and headaches that other divorce methods may cause. I will assist you with all the legal documents, coach you every step through the divorce, and if and when it is necessary, refer you quality and very qualified attorneys, mediators, and couselors.

Divorce with Dignity was started by a woman in California who had experienced all the negative aspects that can come with divorce. She decided that there had to be a better way. She began looking into how someone could avoid all the legal costs that litigation can bring and found the paralegal field of studies. She learned how to fill out all the documents involved and how the court process worked. Now she teaches many people how to get through this process amicably. This includes not only the forms and filing process, but also the many other factors involved in the whole divorce process. Divorce with Dignity has now expanded into other states and Florida is one of them. With her vast knowledge behind us along with ours we hope to continue to help those people out there that want a divorce and either don't know how to go about it or simply can't afford the traditional legal fees.

To be in the field of law was my goal before I got married. I graduated college, started law school, and then took a detour and got married leaving behind my career. I was married for 13 years and am now divorced with 3 children. The vast array of knowledge that I have acquired through my life experiences gives me answers to questions that you may now have: What do I do now? Where do I turn? What will my children's future be like? How do we all stay a family with dignity through divorce? Who can help me through this process? How do I know I am making the right choices? I am well aware of how draining and difficult the process can be financially, physically, emotionally; a twilight zone we never thought we would be in.
