About us
My name is Divya Patel, MD, and I am an assistant professor in the University of Florida Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. I also serve as director of the sarcoidosis program and as co-director of UF's interstitial lung disease program, in addition to serving on the executive committee in UF Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. I earned my medical degree from Kansas City University and went on to complete an internship, internal medicine residency and pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Thereafter, I completed an advanced fellowship in pulmonary sciences and critical care medicine at University of Colorado/National Jewish Health in Denver.
