Founded in 1974 by Michael Dix, Dix Realty is the oldest existing real estate firm in the Forest Hills area. Michael's son, Frank, took over for him in 1986. Frank is a real estate broker that has been a longtime resident of Forest Hills. He is proud to represent the second generation of our firm.
Throughout its many years, Dix Realty has remained a family-owned, single-office firm, enabling us to offer the highest level of personalized service, something often lost by the larger multi-office firms. We are independent and non-franchised.
