Executive Chef Rosario Russo Immigrated to the United States from Palermo, Sicily in 1982 and has been tantalizing taste buds across the country since his arrival. Many locals may recognize Chef Russo as he was the founder & owner of Russo' s Italian Restaurant. We are honored to have Chef Rosario be a part of the D&C family, present his culinary accomplishments and add his Russo’s flare in all of our dishes.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home for the best Italian specialties. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't, we ensure that your dining experience is top notch in Las Vegas at our family restaurant.
