Dominiczak Therapy Associates, LLC, is a therapist owned and managed organization. We are committed to providing progressive school-based occupational and physical therapy services to school districts throughout counties in southeastern Wisconsin. Our therapists are experts in providing evidence-based interventions to students with particular attention to integrating strategies into the student’s natural environments. Our philosophy of flexibility in meeting district’s needs combined with efficient and cost-effective therapy services is valued by the districts we serve. Our therapists have extensive training in IDEA and related therapy documentation. We deliver the ideal combination of comprehensive best-practice service delivery and supporting documentation.
