Expert Partners, founded in 2018 by Allison Gaddy and Don Hobbs, is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and dedicated to empowering real estate agents through their increasingly popular Expand Mastermind which helps team leaders, brokers and budding agent leaders to create more time and money freedom through identifying, nurturing, building and retaining talent. Their focus is to elevate agents from the mindset of a transactionally based sales role to the status of true business owner. They are successfully accomplishing this by creating and training other influential industry leaders. Building a successful real estate career since the late 90’s, Allison is an Austin, Texas real estate success story, Allison is using her immense influence to build a large real estate company, brokered by eXp, which spans 12 states and is opening in the UK this fall. At her previous Austin brokerage, she met and partnered with industry influencer, Don Hobbs. Don Hobbs began his career with Motivational Mega-Star, Jim Rohn, where Don ultimately became President of Jim’s International operation. Then, as co-founder of Hobbs Herder Advertising, the pioneer in Realtor® branding (a massive industry disruptor), Don was named to Realtor Magazine’s “Top 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate.” Through more than 3 decades, Don Hobbs has positively influenced over one MILLION Realtors. Expert Partners was founded to combine Don and Allison’s over 60 years of combined industry experience to train team leaders, brokers and budding agent leaders to create more time and money freedom through identifying, nurturing, building and retaining talent.
