Don't even think about using this company. I'm out $1,300 for a trip which was cancelled. I only found out about the cancellation 11 days prior to my trip after I called them. I thought it was odd, they hadn't sent me my paper ticket or any kind of confirmation. The insurance I purchased only provides coverage if I had medical reasons preventing me from traveling. Tips from my bad experience, check out the insurance and company policy if they cancel the trip. Or better yet go with a company which offers guaranteed departure. This company is lousy, check out the Better Business Bureau of Boston, the ripoffreport.com, and epininons.com for other nightmares with Donna Franca Tours.
