I lived at 5735 Ellsworth Ave., in Shadyside. Beware! The landlord seems nice and all, he even helped me move in. But he destroyed all of my furniture and even damaged the wall after I told him to stop moving my stuff. He told me he'd come back and fix the wall but never did. Now a year later that I'm out of there, not only do I not have furniture (because he damaged it), but he also charged me $100 to fix the wall he said he would fix but never did! Steer clear from this place. The property is kept up and the landlord and leasing agent seem nice, but they have no regard for your personal property or space (the landlord entered my apartment without approval once). I wanted to give them a positive rating, but too many mishaps. Just stay away!
