DormSmart.com in Township 9 is a rip-off company. ROBBED US OF $500.00! Should be 0 stars but that was not an option. We purchased a dorm fridge/microwave unit for our son's dorm. It was so loud he couldn't study or sleep, and it made our ears ring after being in his dorm room only 5 minutes. They sent another one - same problem. They authorized a return for refund. We shipped the units back and NEVER received our $500 back! Dormsmart says the check is in the mail yet it never arrived and they won't respond. Absocold, the manufacturer, says they are not refunding us! Buyers beware Dormsmart / Absocold are rip-off companies!
