Doubletree Lake Estates is one of Crown Point's only gated, 24 hour-private guarded, and lake communities located in Winfield, Indiana. Doubletree is only 48 minutes from the loop via the I65 Interchange at 109th Avenue. Doubletree lake is spring fed and a mile long. The community is surrounded by an eight foot walking path. There is also onsite shopping, including grocery and pharmacy.
