About us
Douglas Care Center is proud to have been serving the citizens of the Douglas area for many years. We are conveniently located at the corner of Birch and 11th Street. We specialize in providing a variety of rehabilitation and skilled nursing services onsite to help individuals recover from surgery, injury or serious illness. We are considered the premier location for Alzheimer's and dementia care.
