About us
Douglas Rose, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. He provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, pre-employment physical exams, vaccinations, school and sports physicals, men’s health and acute and chronic conditions management. He treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, ADHD, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, minor illness and injuries, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, tobacco use and urinary tract infections.
