It took them two and a half months to fix my truck. They stole money from my center console and they stole half a tank of gas. The trip meter had an additional 60+ miles on it. The front driver seat, front passenger seat, and center console cover had embedded epoxy body filler, ground in dirt, and fingerprints on them.
Also; they charged my insurance company for a replacement right side leaf spring which is obviously the same spring that was in the crash as it is still damaged. They removed the entire rear differential and axle assembly plus the left side leaf spring and replaced them with rusty parts that they got from a junk yard. They didn’t bleed the brakes now the peddle goes almost all the way to the floor and now I have to pump the brake peddle in order to stop the truck. I called them many times but they almost never called back. The day after I got the truck home it wouldn’t start.
