I've been treated by Dr. Bhalja over the years from a bout of plantar fasciitis to ankle issues, to arch/heel problems. In every instance, she was thorough in my examination, correctly assessed the location/cause of the pain I experienced, and gave me different treatment options--all of which were practical, reasonable, and not too intimidating! At times, when I have had foot issues that need me to stretch, etc. regularly, Dr. Bhalja's repeatedly demonstrated good exercises/techniques for me and patiently answered all my questions (no matter how farfetched!) In every instance I've seen Dr. Bhalja, she has also diligently followed up with me to ensure that the solutions she's offered are working for me. I've recommended Dr. Bhalja to my brother and my boyfriend (both have been treated by her) thus far and they've been thrilled in her care.
