Dr. Adam V. Bergman was the valedictorian of his high school class. He received the Yale Book Award for “outstanding personal character and intellectual promise.” Dr. Bergman then graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with highest honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Cell Science. Dr. Bergman earned his D.M.D. from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he was the Vice President of his class. While at Harvard University, Dr. Bergman published two papers in the Journal of Dental Education. He has done extensive research in the Department of Molecular Genetics at Harvard’s Forsyth Institute.
