About us
Dr. Alan Tesson is a specialty care physician board certified in neurology and internal medicine. He joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2006. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Tesson was a fellow in sleep medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.
