I went into the business today and I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Gill's attitude. I went into the establishment to order a new pair of glasses. I had a few questions about my prescription and Dr. Gill became very nasty with me because he was not the doctor who wrote my eyeglass prescription. Specifically, he said you are not paying me for my time so go back to your doctor and ask him questions. Wow! I was in the shop and had already picked out a pair of glasses when he decided that he did not want to help me by answering a few questions. In my opinion, I would stay very far away from this provider. It is clear to me that he is only interested in money and not his patients. I am glad that he showed me how poor of a businesses man and provider he is before I spent any money at his shop. Be aware, if you do not have your eyes examined by Dr. Gill and you have questions about your prescription (from another optician), he is not interested. In his words, go back to your doctor.
