Dr. Benjamin Griffes mission is to provide the highest level of healthcare to his patients through the use of chiropractic, deep-tissue bodywork, sports performance, injury prevention, and the education necessary to maintain a lifetime of good health. Since 1991 Dr. Ben Griffes has lectured, written articles, and taught courses in Sports Medicine, posture, health and stretching. Dr. Griffes produced and hosted the cable TV show “Chiropractic and You” for the San Fernando Valley Chiropractic Society for three years. The chiropractic care employed by Dr. Griffes is the Diversified Technique, along with the non-force use of wedges and manual traction to adjust the vertebrae.
