About us

At MD² Dallas, Dr. Charles Owens, a board-certified Internist and Nephrologist, brings a strong reputation for compassionate, patient-focused care. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a fellowship in Nephrology from Harvard Medical School.

Before joining MD², Dr. Owens served as an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern. He held teaching and clinical roles at Baylor University Medical Center, where he made significant contributions to patient care and medical education. His dedication to educating medical students and patients alike has made him a respected figure in Dallas's medical community.
