About us
Dr. Chasity J. Carswell started her career in 2000 after graduating from Central Georgia Technical College with a Practical Nursing Diploma. She followed with her Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in 2005 and 2009 from Middle Georgia and Macon State College respectively. Dr. Chasity graduated Magna Cum Laude from Macon State College and was a President’s List Scholar. Dr. Chasity wanted to become more educated in order to provide exemplary nursing care. She then attended Albany State University and received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2014. Dr.
