Hannah joined the practice in 2023. She is a 2020 graduate of Drexel University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining the practice Hannah worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Medical Weight Management and Hospice and Palliative Care. She enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her husband and daughter.

Cole joined the practice in April of 2013 and wasted no time gaining the trust and respect of patients and coworkers. In addition to his caring personality, Cole works many extra hours to insure that the needs of his patients are met. He graduated from Saint Francis University - Master of Physician Assistant Science, and was licensed and Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians in 2012. Cole is active in all types of sporting events and enjoys spending time with friends. He is an avid moviegoer and office staff appointed film critic. He lives in the Lancaster downtown area.

Heather Coyne joined the practice in 2002 after graduating from the Community College of Baltimore County as a Certified Physician Assistant. She was licensed and Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 1999. She spent several years working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Pediatric Oncology. Heather has extensive knowledge and training in all scopes of family medicine and has become a favorite to many of our female patients and new parents. She enjoys spending time with her children at the beach and watching them participate in their many sporting events.

Dr. Stephen Gold received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Forbes Hospital - Allegheny Health Network, Pittsburgh PA and his family medicine internship at Community Hospital of Lancaster. He began working at Dr. David J. Silverstein Associates in 1993. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. In addition to treating patients in the office, he is frequently called upon to speak locally and nationally on behalf of various pharmaceutical manufacturers. He has served as Medical Director at Skilled Nursing Facilities and is trained to perform Aesthetic Procedures/Cosmetic Injections. Dr. Gold enjoys teaching and has welcomed many residents and medical students into the office for their rotations and training. He is a member of the PA Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Gold enjoys cooking on his Big Green Egg, gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family - his wife, Jen, and children, Evan and Olivia.
