I am a doctoral-prepared and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and have been working in the mental health field for the past ten years. I have been a nurse for 13 years.
I have my doctorate from Texas Women's University Dallas, Texas, master’s and bachelor’s from the University of Texas Arlington, Texas.
My therapeutic approach to working with clients is evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered. I work to create an environment where you can develop trust in me and feel safe to share your stories with me. I believe in HIPAA, and we work together to create realistic goals to meet your needs.
