About us
Dr. Guoyang Luo is a specialty care physician board certified in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology. He joined Inova in 2023 with more than 37 years of experience.
Dr. Luo graduated with honors from Hunan Medical University in China and received his PhD in microbiology and immunology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital at Weill-Cornell Medical College in New York City and completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Yale University in New Haven, CT.
