About us
I have a background in mental health and caring for least served populations, and I bring that focus of the mind-body connection and a desire to work with all walks of life to my practice in primary care. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked for nearly 20 years in the mental health field. As a nurse, I worked with people living with HIV and with hospice patients. I graduated from the University of Portland in 2015 with my doctorate in nursing practice, and have worked at Bridge City Family Medical since that time, serving individuals and families. In my personal life, I am the mother of a wonderful autistic boy and the filler of food bowls for two cats.
