Dr. Ida Bergstrom is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care. Before joining MD², she served as Medical Director at a boutique internal medicine practice and previously owned and led Farragut Medical and Travel Care for nearly two decades. Recognized as a Top Doctor by The Washingtonian and Washington City Paper, Dr. Bergstrom is known for her whole-person approach that integrates prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Dedicated to advancing medicine, she has held leadership roles with the Washington Clinicopathological Society and the Medical Society of the District of Columbia, and founded the Washington Women’s Downtown Physician Group.
