About us
Jacqueline Hill, Ed.D., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Paramount Counseling Inc. in Hampton Roads. With a strong background in human services, she has served in roles at the Department of Social Services, Hampton-Newport News CSB, and Peninsula Institute for Community Health. As a former military dependent, she understands the unique challenges of diverse and transitional lifestyles.
Jacqueline earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Regent University and her Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling: Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
