I believe that addiction is a response to an underlying problem, whether that be anxiety, depression, or past trauma that requires exploration and resolution. Therapy is integral to this healing process. My approach to therapy is eclectic, I have a family-systems orientation that explores the impact of family in your life, whether that be biological, family of choice, or romantic partners.
