Dr. Joseph Russell, MD is a board-certified, facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon with practices in Charleston, SC and Mount Pleasant, and West Ashley. Dr. Joseph Russell is a Charleston native who grew up on James Island. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Charleston Southern University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where he graduated top of his class.
