About us
Dr. Leonard Ilkhanoff is a specialty care physician board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Inova Cardiology.
He is an expert in the management of a wide array of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation (Afib) and ventricular tachycardia. His expertise also includes complex arrhythmias, genetic disorders and the prevention of sudden cardiac death.
Dr. Ilkhanoff’s research and clinical interests focus on underlying risks contributing to arrhythmia susceptibility, especially Afib, and sudden cardiac death. He serves as an active investigator in a variety of clinical trials and research studies on stroke, heart failure, ablation and device therapy.
