Mark Frideres BS, DC, CCSP, a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, offers advanced chiropractic techniques in Nevada, IA. His results-oriented care includes Gonstead, Diversified, Activator, and Thompson methods, along with nutritional and physiotherapy integration. Active in the community, he serves on St. Patrick's Catholic Parish council, leads the local Toastmasters, and has been president of the Nevada Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers extensively, contributing to local schools and community projects. Mark values family, sharing his life with his wife, Meg, and their three children: Elliot, Nicholas, and Lillian.
