Dr. Farooque is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in neuroscience research and psychiatry. Currently, the scope of his practice includes treating most psychiatric conditions, including addiction, autism & Asperger spectrum disorders,eating disorders, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, OCD, pain disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, somatization disorder, substance abuse, substance dependence, and suboxone treatment for opioid addiction. In the past, he has worked in several countries including Pakistan, Iran, Canada, and Sweden in the fields of medicine and neuroscience.
