About us
Dr. Ricardo Cabello is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine at Inova Gastroenterology. He joined Inova Health System in 2023 and has been practicing since 2014.
Dr. Cabello’s clinical areas of interest include compensated and decompensated cirrhosis, liver transplant, hepatitis B/C, autoimmune hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and alcohol liver disease/alcohol hepatitis. He enjoys caring for all types of patients but is trying to provide better access and education regarding liver disease within the Hispanic population. Dr. Cabello’s patient care philosophy is to always work in conjunction with the patient. His goal is to treat his patients to the best of his ability while respecting their individual care goals.
