About us
Dr. Sara L Koenig-Langston, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a highly motivated and professional nurse with strong values and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Maryville University, a Masters Degree in Nursing as a Psychological Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University, a few other degrees both on purpose and by accident. She is founder and owner of Affective Mental Wellness, an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at Maryville Univesity, and works as a mentor and advisor for graduate nursing students.
Dr. Koenig-Langston is dedicated to advancing nursing practice through research and teaching and advocating for the nursing profession through legislative change.
