About us
Dr. Sepideh Khalilian is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 1999. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Khalilian worked at the OB Hospitalist Group Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center and Rappahannock Women’s Health Group. Her clinical areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery (especially robotic-assisted surgery) and bloodless medicine, as avoidance of unnecessary blood transfusion is of utmost importance in surgery. Her patient care philosophy is to acknowledge and respect each patient’s faith, culture and individuality.
