Dr. Siegerman Podiatry in Drexel Hill is not respectful of patient's time. It was stressed by the office that I needed to arrive early to fill out forms and to be finished with forms by the time of my appt. I arrived early, completed all forms by my appt. time. After that I sat in a dingy back room for an hour with no explanation or staff contact. I went up to front desk, and was told the Dr. would still be a long time before seeing me. The waiting room was empty as it had been when I arrived. I explained I had set an hour aside for the visit, but not several hoursand was told to reschedule! I was in severe foot pain, this was my first--and will certainly be my last--visit. The Dr. was up at front desk by the time I put on my socks and shoes, heard me say Thank you, anyway to secretary and saw me leave without uttering a word. No apology, no contact after my appt. to express regret that my first visit was so backed-up that I had to leave--nothing. How a practice like that stays afloat is a mystery to me. Got appt. with podiatrist across from Fitzgerald hospital who promptly saw me and attended to my fractured foot.
