About us
I have worked as a therapist in the LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino county areas for many years after graduating from Loma Linda University, in a variety of diverse settings. I also teach at Northcentral University as an Assistant Professor. I am a culturally informed therapist and continue to grow my knowledge.
As a therapist I provide my clients with a non-judgmental, safe, and caring environment to express, process and explore their feelings. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and specialize in treatment of addiction, anxiety disorder, complex trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, low self-esteem, shame/guilt, and depression.
I work towards instilling hope and strength in my clients.
