Dr. Ratty opened his own private practice at his current location in downtown Bakersfield in 1994. Dr. Ratty is certified in Glaucoma treatment. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the Kern County Optometric Society.\nWe offer complete eye exams, optical services and contact lens examinations.\nWith over 35 years of experience in complete optical services. Our well-trained staff and opticians are here to help you select your new glasses that will complement your facial features.
