About us
Dr. Fosnot is a Board Certified Gynecologist providing annual gynecologic exams, pap smears, treatment for female infections, treatment for HPV and STD's, contraceptive counseling and management including oral contraception and IUDs, treatment for pelvic pain, endometriosis and fibroids, ultrasound in-office, in-office minor surgical gyn procedures including D&Cs and ablation. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy including hormone pellets are offered. Facial aesthetics also offered in-office including Juvederm and Botox.
