About us
Dr. Terence McCormally is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine at Fairfax Family Practice - Fair Oaks, An Inova Practice. He joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 1978.
Prior to joining Fairfax Family Practice, An Inova Partner in 1987, Dr. McCormally practiced for five years in rural Iowa. Outside of work, Dr. McCormally is an instructor with a local martial arts school.
