Dr. Walter Von Pechmann is a specialty care physician board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, and obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. He joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2000. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Von Pechmann worked as an associate professor of medical education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA.
