About us

Albert Dweck is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.
Mr. Dweck received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Stern School of Business at New York University in 1994. He completed intensive training in business and management at the Sanno Institute of Management, Tokyo Japan, 1993. He is a licensed real estate broker and received a certificate in real estate investment and finance from the NYU, SCPS in 2003. Albert received a certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Online Business School in 2021.
