Duncan is a commercial business and relationship manager focused on the Richmond, Virginia area. Duncan has more than 2 decades of financial management experience and joined TowneBank in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from The College of William & Mary.
Duncan actively volunteers in the community service as Board Treasurer for CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, Executive Board member of for Heart of Virginia Council B.S.A and at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
