Early Learning Matters is the best preschool in Hillsboro! We offer Preschool, Pre-K, and Private Kindergarten, and a party venue for ages 3-7. ELM has been the choice of parents, teachers, and administrators since 2005. It's joyful. It's nurturing. It's effective. We are now booking our event space for birthday parties, ages 3-7.
