Eaton Apothecary in Lynn union street, has the worst service and unsupervise pharmacy ever I went there with a prescription that neeed it to be refilled. When I approached the admin, she looked at the bottle without checking with the insurance and told us that the insurance would not pay for the refill! When asked if she could just check with the insurance she said no that she already could tell it wasn't covered. I then asked a supervisor and he agreed the insurance wouldn't cover the prescription. Finally after argueing with a few people, someone came to the counter to help and check with the insurance. Guess what the insurance did end up covering the prescription! Those people are lazy! With this being said I would suggest to anyone not to take ones word but force them to check with the insurance
