Eclectic Hair Extensions @ Salon Eleven 11 in Upland is a fraud. Toni Shaw is a fraud and a liar. She sells cheap hair and advertises different types but only has 2 types in the store. Never again. Whenever I call the business line to ask questions about the other types of hair, no answer. Unprofessional!!! My cousin got her hair done with Toni 3 weeks ago, at her previous salon, and Toni took 2 cigarette/weed breaks. If you gonna smoke do that on your own time. No one needs to smell you or your breath. Nasty and unprofessional! She goes on and on about her life story.
Toni has serious issues and it is evident why she doesn't have her kids. Unstable! People please beware and report this chick!
