We may recommend blood work or other diagnostic tests to aid in the early detection of disease. We also believe it is very important to tailor vaccine protocols to the individual needs of your pet(s). I love this pratice. I recommend Edgefield to all my friends and family. They take excellent care of my pets, the staff is great and they usually run pretty close to on-time for my appointment. I like that they offer acupunture for pain care too!

Edgefield Veterinary Hospital in Hampstead is the best vet I have ever been to! I find it odd that this review site would leave up the review by Barbara A. when it is obvious she is upset with Dover. Her review has nothing to do with Edgefield! Their ethics and quality are of the highest standard! The staff is caring and considerate. They try very hard to get me pets in for an appointment(because I have a crazy schedule) and the vet always takes the time to answer all of my questions. If you want the best care for your pet take them to Edgefield Veterinary Hospital!!!

Ethics and quality has gone into the toilet. Perpetrated the worst and cruelest scam in my 14 years of patronage. Be extra cautious that this does not happen to you or your pet. If they suggest a referral to Dover Veterinary Hospital----run! Do not allow your pet to become a teaching tool for vet tech students and newbies....
