I have changed my review for this company after having a snafu with them inititally. Originally I placed a review stating that they had not sent me my evaluation and that I was unsure about them as a company. The reason I have changed my review is because after contacting them they immediately FedEX'ed me a copy of my review. I still do not know what the original problem was and why I never received my review earlier, however, in all fairness the company did correct the situation very satisfactorily.
