About us

Einar Lurix, MD FACP graduated with honors from Ross University School of Medicine in 2003. He then trained at Cleveland Clinic Florida for internal medicine followed by a year as Chief Resident and another year as a hospitalist before continuing his education in gastroenterology. He completed his training in 2012. Since completing, he moved to Greenville with his wife Sandra. Soon after coming to Greenville, they adopted their son Gabriel. Dr. Lurix specializes in capsule endoscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, Barrett's esophagus including it treatment, gastro esophageal reflux disease, colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic liver disease and enteroscopy. During his free time, Dr. Lurix enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cross fit, reading, tennis, archery and hiking.
