Electric Ave Kitchen will provide commercial-grade appliances , restaurant-grade cook and bakeware and food production items such as mixers, meat slicers, and kitchen utensils. Electric Ave Kitchen is a commercial kitchen that food entrepreneurs can use as its base of operations to prepare food for public consumption. This kitchen is open to many independent food providers including food carts, small caterers, and food truck owners. Everything needed to prepare, make, and store food is in the kitchen. Electric Avenue Kitchen will be open 24 hours.
